Chapter 88 World Within Origin Space?

\'If she\'s here, then he…\' Feleokruna stared at the sea, watching a figure fly out of it immediately, sighing as she felt a headache, "Of course, he\'s here."

"Xuna, are you alright?" Yihan arrived before her, holding a large shield in his hand while asking in concern.

"Nothing that cannot be healed." Xuna showed her injuries healing rapidly as she stared at the worm-like entity, alarmed, "What the heck is this?"

She then shouted at Feleokruna, "Did Luncress make this?"

"He and his family are the only ones with the power to create monsters."

"Of course not." Feleokruna snapped back, "His monsters need to eat the nectar he produces to survive. So, they cannot go rouge…"

\'Shit!\' Feleokruna glared at Xuna in anger, for she revealed Luncress\' weakness. As the weakness extended to his entire family, it meant that the enemy now were aware of the weak point for all the monsters the Turman Duke Household rears.

"Anyway, we\'re not responsible for this." Feleokruna said as the beetroot picked up both her and Felor, dodging the attacks from the worm-like creature.

Feleokruna and Felor had attack-based abilities and lacked any in terms of mobility. In terms of that, the Root House granted both mobility and defence, allowing them to focus fully on attacks alone.

They were seated on its top at first when the roots squirmed, pulling their bodies inside. Following that, the beetroot rolled around on the ground, opening its mouth as four beams slammed out of it, impacting the work-like creature, slamming it to the side.

The beetroot leaped over the monster\'s body as flowers budded on the floor in the locations it had stepped upon.

Immediately, they stared at the monster, blooming to hurl petals at it, riddling its body with injuries as the seeds rotated and continued to drill, absorbing all blood that came into contact with them as they regrew to become flowers once again.

Though, these flowers were barely half the original, shooting seeds that pelted the monster\'s body. Though, the impact this time only packed a fourth of the original punch. Moreover, these seeds didn\'t germinate upon coming into contact with the monster\'s blood.

"See, this is what I\'m hoping to achieve." Feleokruna said, unleashing a beam when a hole opened in the beetroot, accurately slamming into the worm-like entity\'s head while the Root House dodged the opponent\'s toxic geyser.

"Combining the powers of both would result in the ultimate power capable of facing all." Feleokruna said.

"I…can see that." Kekua Fornol said, revealing a shocking statement soon after, "Since my ability is a parasitic type, it can actually latch onto Fornol Sunflower to become one. Though, not everyone among the descendants would be able to wield the type of power you foresee as the moment the parasitic power grows stronger than Fornol Sunflower, they\'ll lose it. Or if their Fornol Sunflower is too strong, it\'ll burn through the parasitic ability."

"Yeah, yeah, that sounds great. But focus on the enemy." Xuna said, landing on the Root House as she spoke in anger, "This monster will kill us all at this rate."

"I don\'t see you trying to kill it, though?" Feleokruna snapped back in response, "We\'re the only ones trying to kill it. I\'m pretty sure it\'s your people that set it loose."

"What the heck are you smoking?" Xuna retorted, pointing to the side where Yihan was constantly evading the monster that seemed intent on clamping upon him, "There\'s two heads actually."

"What?" It was only then did the group notice a second worm-like creature that was targeting Yihan and two other entities that moved around rapidly through the waters.

The monster\'s actual body seemed buried underground while its two heads were the ones targeting them.

"I\'ll take care of the second head while you take care of this." Saying so, Xuna flew away, taking out her canon that blasted canon balls at the monster head, with each impact rattling its serpentine body.

In the meantime, the two Southern Guardians swam through the waters, leaping out of it from time to time,

"Argh!" Tuglai roared as his scaly mouth opened when suddenly, the projection of a Gharial appeared before him and clamped upon the monster\'s body, ripping away a piece of its flesh.

The piece of severed flesh disappeared in his body as Tuglai began to digest it rapidly while continuing to move about within the waters.

The power of the West Guardians was the creating of countless tools using their Armours and the myriad abilities inborn in them.

For the Southern Guardians, other than their naturally scaly armour that allowed them to move through the waters, they could also unleash projections of their Guardian Beast separately that ripped apart pieces of their target.

Using this, they could casually devour creatures way bigger than them, turning them into the most dangerous predator of the ocean.

Yihan\'s scythe blades made deep cuts on the monster\'s carapace, drawing in all its attention. Even though it could heal through the wound quickly, that was in the case it was facing Yihan alone.

But, with Xuna in the picture, things were over in a matter of seconds as each cannonball shredded through its hardened carapace, revealing the soft flesh underneath.

Xuna attacked both heads, intending to deal with this opponent as quickly as possible, noticing her Coincidental Luck values flicker unnaturally. It meant that dragging this fight was dangerous for her.

Boom!

Sunlight beams slammed through the cracks in the hardened armour, rapidly melting through the soft flesh underneath as the monster began to get burned from the inside.

Xuna switched to her petrifying gun, aiming at the shoot of the two heads, the part where it was attached to its body—which was hiding underground. The petrifying beam rapidly turned the shoot of the two heads into stone before which canon balls slammed into it, shattering the place into pieces.

Boom!

Switching over to her sniper rifle, Xuna aimed at the body hiding underneath the ground, shooting forth bullets nonstop, with each penetrating the ground to impact the body underneath.

The Root House appeared over the hole on the ground, kicking the severed head of the monster while aiming its hand into the hole through which a beam of sunlight slammed, melting through the monster whose body continued to regenerate.

As long as it regenerated, it meant that the monster wasn\'t dead and the heads it displayed were only tendrils grown to resemble one. Its brain and other organs were probably deeper, situated within is main body that was hidden underground.

Of course, assisted by Coincidental Luck, Xuna\'s sniper bullets targeted the vital organs, taking them out one after another before she noticed the creature\'s luck beginning to dissipate.

"Thank goodness, it\'s dead." She commented upon seeing the monster\'s luck beginning to dissipate.

Immediately after, the Horned Humans and the Blight Humans separated. The Blight Humans stared from within the Root House while Xuna stared from behind the shield created by Yihan. Tuglai and Hukla too exited the water to stand behind the shield, for too much of the monster\'s toxin had mixed into the water, making it dangerous for them to be in it anymore.

"Why did you come here?" Feleokruna glared at Xuna.

"I came here to take a piss, but I don\'t need to tell you that." Xuna rolled her eyes, wondering why this Empress asked for the obvious.

"Mom, we need to be careful." Felor said, urging Feleokruna to calm down, staring at the two new figures hiding behind Xuna, "They must be the Southern Guardians."

"They are strong." Kekua Fornol commented, "If we were to fight them head on, we might lose. They have us beat on all fronts, especially in terms of versatility and healing."

She recalled the frightening varieties of abilities Xuna displayed, wondering in shock, "Just how can one Horned Human possess so many abilities?"

"She\'s Rhizen\'s disciple, so it makes sense." Feleokruna revealed all of a sudden.

"M-Mom, why did you tell her that?" Felor was startled, staring at his mother with an incredulous gaze. Even he became privy to this information only after observing the fight between Rhizen and Yulna in the Pitcher Plant Forest.

"We might die, so if the situation ever comes to that, I\'ll create an opportunity for you to flee." Feleokruna said solemnly, "Remember, only by combining Fornol Sunflower and Root House will we be able to match up against the Guardian Beasts."

"Yihan, when I give the signal, create enough shields to withstand their blasts." Xuna said, her eyes turning sharp upon realising that Kekua Fornol had now joined the Empress\' side, "I\'ll snipe their heads."

"Aunty…" Suddenly, Tuglai tapped her shoulder.

"WHAT THE HECK DID YOU JUST CALL ME?" Xuna snapped back loud enough for her voice to echo throughout the ruins, glaring at Tuglai.

Though, the other party wasn\'t concerned with that as he pointed at the barrier, "The toxin water is still close to this island. It should have mixed with the rest of the water but hasn\'t done that yet. This means the barrier is still here."

"What the…?" Xuna was alarmed as she stared at the monster\'s corpse, "Its luck has dissipated tho…"

But suddenly, the dissipated luck combined together to become a sphere, one that bloomed in size rapidly. Upon staring at it, Xuna\'s eyes widened in shock, "Shit!"

Instantly, all eight people on the island vanished.
